GROUP THERAPY
I provide group therapy and organize online marathons, masterclasses, and games that help the clients work on the issues important to them. Over the course of these activities, the participants can gain inspiration and energy; they receive the tools needed to recognize their needs and find motivation and contentment.
Group therapy enables us to discover and analyze the kinds of bonds that we can build; it can be a new experience that will give you a better understanding of both yourself and others, and the ways you can interact.
